To promote the creation and development of small and medium sized enterprises in the territory of the Republic of Armenia by attracting and disseminating therein on a non-profit basis, know-how and other resources donated by suitable Armenia and non-Armenia based for-profit and non-profit organizations desirous of making a contribution thereto.
